Jerry Torczon created Birchwood Homes in 1978 and started the Woodland Homes portion of his business in 1995. Jerry and his wife, Mary, have four children and are active in their church and community. Jerry currently serves on the Omaha By Design Board and the MOBA Governmental affairs committee. He is respected in the community and the building industry. Known as a man of his word, his old-fashioned values give him a solid reputation and take all aspects of his business to the highest degree.
